Kanwal Rizvi is the Founder of Mind Village Professional & Management Development Training LLC in Dubai and the creator of the Decoding Humanity Movement.
Her work brings together NLP, coaching, hypnotherapy, emotional intelligence, personal transformation, wisdom and professional coach development. She helps people understand the patterns shaping their lives and supports aspiring professionals in developing the skills to serve others responsibly.
Her wider philosophy follows seven connected stages: Decode → Heal → Align → Wisdom → Express → Serve → Prosper. The purpose is not simply to collect knowledge or certification.
